DRAINAGE OPERATIVE

FULL TIME PERMANENT (subject to satisfactory probation period)

Option 1 - Drainage Operative, Bellaghy Depot

Option 2 - Drainage Driver, Lisburn Depot

Option 3 - Drainage Operative, Lisburn Depot

Job Description

• Operation of manual and mechanical drainage equipment.
• Co-operate fully with instructions and advice given by crew supervisor.
• Follow instructions of their crew supervisor.
• Carry out routine maintenance of equipment.
• Operate in a professional and safe manner at all times.
• Full training provided.

Essential Criteria

• Full clean driving licence & Class 2 Driving License required, which will enable them to fulfil the duties and responsibilities of the post.
• Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) / Construction Skills Register (CSR) Card.

Desirable Criteria

• Has entitlement to drive a 7.5 tonne vehicle.
• Has entitlement to tow a trailer.
